Do delayed triggers go on the stack?
Andrew Mckinney
At the beginning of the next end step this delayed trigger will go on the stack and it will return the Sphinx to play when it resolves. Can you counter a delayed trigger?
The first is to respond to and counter the dies trigger right after the God goes to the graveyard, which will prevent the delayed trigger from ever being created in the first place. The second chance is to respond to and counter the delayed trigger itself, which triggers and goes on the stack when the end step begins.
