In Magic: The Gathering, if you use a creature with deathtouch to block an attacker, it will kill the attacker, unless the attacker has first strike or double strike. Deathtouch is defined as “A creature dealt damage by a creature with deathtouch is destroyed”.

How does Deathtouch work with infect?
